Health Certificates following of Clinical Examination

Medical certificates are provided after a thorough review of the child's medical
history and a full clinical examination.

• Health certificates for attending daycare, participating in sports activities, swimming programs, or camps
• Child illness certificates for school absences, absence from sports activities and physical education, return to school or daycare, and parental absence from work.
• Individual Health Record (often referred to as a school health record) for:
  • 1st Grade Primary School
  • 4th Grade Primary School
  • 1st Grade Junior High School
  • 1st Grade Senior High School
• Pre-participation sports physicals based on current international guidelines.
• Vaccination status check and issuance of an international vaccination certificate for use in Greece and abroad (e.g., for university).
