Alexandra Stamberna

Alexandra Stamperna, pediatrician in Thermi, graduated from Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace in 2017. She obtained her pediatric specialty after her training at the Pediatric Clinic of General Hospital of Trikala and the 2nd Pediatric Clinic of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, AHEPA Hospital. Simultaneously, she began her postgraduate studies in Hematology - Oncology of Children and Adolescents at the Medical School of the University of Crete.

She currently works as a Scientific Associate at the Allergy Unit of 3rd Department Paediatrics, A.U.Th. Since June 2025, she is a PhD Candidate at the Medical School of A.U.Th., specializing in Pediatric Allergology.

Her studies have been published in journals and she actively participates in numerous national and international conferences and seminars.

She is committed to continuous professional development and providing excellent care to her patients.

At her clinic, she examines newborns, infants, children, and adolescents. Additionally, collaboration with specialists from various fields is offered for optimal care of her little patients.

Her goal is to provide families with high-quality services focusing on:

• the proper development of the child
• the promotion of breastfeeding
• early diagnosis and treatment of allergies in the neonatal and infant periods
• disease prevention both during childhood and adulthood
• caring for sick children using medications only when necessary and always in accordance with current international guidelines
